JOHN ELIAS
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Elias, who holds a J.D. and an MBA, joined the Company in January of 2024. He has over 25 years of insurance experience. Mr. Elias is a respected, commercial lines underwriting executive with substantial systems experience who also previously served as Insurance Commissioner for New Hampshire.
MICHELLE PEZONE
Ms. Pezone has 18 years of experience in the property and casualty business with a primary focus on personal lines. Her experience includes specific responsibility for developing and implementing profitable personal lines strategies throughout the northeastern United States.
LORI SHERMAN
CHRIS NORTON
Mr. Norton has 22 years of experience in property & casualty claims both on the carrier and independent adjusting firm sides. His experience includes adjusting personal lines and commercial lines claims, as well as managing adjusters, overseeing the Northeast US, and directing divisions of National IA firms. He will be driving claims performance and customer satisfaction through the claims process.

Ms. Parks, CPCU, ARM, ARM-P, CRIS, MRIS has 23 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance with a primary focus on Commercial Lines (BOP, small and large commercial, middle market). Her experience includes product development and implementation, as well as commercial lines underwriting.
JANET SHUEY
Ms. Shuey has over 25 years’ experience in the Mortgage Industry as oversight in operations for processing and closing mortgage loans. She has 6 years of property casualty experience as a Personal Lines agent covering a full book of business. She was also a Finance Manager for a local marina writing insurance coverage for new boats in New Hampshire.
