Payment Plans

  • Annual: One (1) payment for the full annual premium with no installment fees
  • Quarterly: 25% of the annual premium is due on the first installment with the remaining premium divided into three (3) additional installments due every 90 days.
  • Semi-Annual: 20% of the annual premium is due on the first installment with the remaining premium divided into eight (8) additional installments
  • Monthly: The first month’s premium is due on the first installment and the remaining annual premium is divided into eleven (11) separate installments.

Due Day

The due date is the month and day of the policy effective date.
